Arctic is a collection of 64 Roland S-1 presets designed for Techno, Ambient, and Electronica. The sound pack heavily utilizes the internal sound engine, covering not only many typical sounds of these genres but also exploring more experimental areas. The hidden features of the Roland S-1, such as comb filters, drawn OSC waveforms, or advanced effect settings, are integral to the sound design.

Included are numerous pads ranging from warm analog textures to dark tones. Additionally, there are various basses and complex leads, a selection of driving Dub Techno chords, as well as eight FX and percussion sounds. A total of fifty pre-programmed patterns provide initial inspiration, often incorporating tonal progressions through Motion Recording.

Easy installation

To transfer the Roland S-1 presets you'll only need to copy the sysex-files to the internal drive of your S-1. Please refer to the manual for further details.
