Bonus “MEGAfm Tribute”: 8 user algorithms inspired by the Yamaha YM2612 FM chip
MEGAfm Tribute: This bundle also contains a small homage to the Yamaha YM2612, the chip responsible for the sound generation in the MEGAfm. Eight bonus presets are modeled after the algorithms of the 4-OP FM synth. A bitcrusher in the effects section adds the necessary grit.

Genres that thrive on expressive soundscapes and atmospheres especially benefit here. A major focus of “Biosphere” is pads — a total of 20.
 The collection also features 16 leads, 11 arpeggios, and 3 effect sounds: ranging from deep basses and melancholic patterns to dreamy plucks. A total of 14 dub chords provide the hypnotic-technoid foundation.

Velocity, Modwheel, and Aftertouch Assignment


To make the presets expressive in live performance, the most important parameters for each sound are mapped to the controllers Modwheel, Velocity, and Aftertouch.
Compatible with opsix native.
Of course, “Biosphere” is also supported by the software version opsix native. Simply copy the included folder into the opsix native library. The presets will then be available the next time the plugin is opened.

Easy installation

In order to transfer this Korg opsix presets, you’ll need a computer, a stable USB connection, and the Korg opsix Librarian. If you're using opsix native, just drag and drop the opsix native folder as described in the manual.

All soundsets, samples, instruments, and presets from Limbic Bits are royalty-free and can be used for commercial or non-commercial music production, film scoring, game audio, and similar creative applications.
